      Hi John.Thanks for taking the time to comment. I always read your columns and reviews – and if I’ve eaten at a place you have reviewed, I almost always wholeheartedly agree with you. I love the way you write. Service in Australia is so inconsistent. I do hope Heston’s Dinner finds high calibre staff.
      If you have any ‘must eat’ tips for Milan, Paris, NYC, Rio, Buenos Aires or Dubai, please send them! About to leave on a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list trip – yippee!
